Make-Over Madness at the Boutique!

Why we love Britney..."OMG I WANT EVERYTHING IN HERE!"- B.S.

She is not only one of my favorite pop stars of all time, but she is an absolute sweetheart. As we tried to keep the paparazzi from getting too many pics- we can't help but admire how adorable Britney looks in her new buys from Vionnet!

Not only did she love the Decolette lace trim slip dresses, but she also picked great pieces from Seneca Rising, Soixante Neuf, Santi, Woo, Indulgems and Misha.

Margarita Saplala + P.Y.T. = Vionnet B.F.F.'s

That's right. Designer, Margarita Saplala, has joined forces with the sassy jewelry line, PYT (Pretty Young Things) by Arlene Guerra, for a sweet Fall lookbook that inspires a youthful, lighter spirit for the approach to the new season. Digital prints; tiny raspberry and lime colored pixels fade out into blacks and muted blues. While the graphic print is rather 21st century- with its "technological inspiration"- the actual cut of each piece is modest and very neatly tailored.

In the lookbook Saplala's models are adorned with PYT pearls and ribbons, the neon colors and craftiness of the pieces are an ironic touch to the simplicity and minimalist look of Saplala's line. Best part about it? Here at Vionnet we have both the fabulous Margarita pieces and the PYT jewelry!

Each PYT piece of jewelry has either vintage rhinestone or pearl pieces alongside strips of neon colored fabric or soft cotton charms and thread. These are the pieces of jewelry your best friend would make you, in an imaginary world...

Rockin' Robin

One of my favorite clients, Robin Antin, creator of the Pussycat Dolls and a dancing queen herself, recently stopped by Vionnet to pick up dress for a fabulous Las Vegas event. She was in Vegas to Launch the new SUGAR FACTORY at the Mirage Hotel with her buds Kim Kardashian & Bethany from Real Housewives of NY. Robin rocked the red carpet in our little silk zip dress. The moment Seneca Rising hit our racks with its sweet cotton pieces in soft watercolor shades we knew it was love. Cut-outs of mesh and zippers here and there- who knew we could look so sweet and fun at the same time! Unexpected pockets and darling snap buttons, the designer Andi Ballard has hit the spot with this one.

Lucky Magazine editor-at-large, Elise Loehnen has been thinking the same thing. With recession friendly prices & enough fab to make us beg for more, Seneca Rising is my favorite new addiction as well. Thank you Elise, you are lovely!
